EMPOWER LACROSSE!

Coach Reid (LEC Coach of the Year/USM, UMass, Univ. of Maryland) will be introducing her dynamic lacrosse program this Fall for all high school girls in the state of Maine. Train with Lauren and the MPL Girls coaching staff each Sunday for 90 minutes. Each Sunday will involve a series of drills and concepts to help you play better as an individual and increase your knowledge of team play.  Progress into full field scrimmages each session, implementing the lessons of the day.

Sundays 6-7:30pm on the turf at Clifford Mitchell Athletic Complex, Scarborough High School
