Sign up for Power Hour Lacrosse today! A strength and conditioning training for High School Boys an Girls looking to bring their game to the next level. Six training sessions taught by Certified Personal Trainers focusing on lacrosse specific exercises designed to improve Explosiveness, Balance, Shot Speed, Accuracy, Agility for Dodging, and Defending. This strength and conditioning training also decreases risk of injury and provides athletes with the right knowledge for optimal performance.
This Power Hour is scheduled for the last two weeks of March (15th, 17th, 19th, 22nd, 24th, 26th), from 5:15 to 6:15pm.
WORLD GYM is hosting the MPL Power Hour Lacrosse Strength and Conditioning at their brand new state-of-the-art facility on Marginal Way in Portland.
