Coach Reid (LEC Coach of the Year/USM, UMass, Univ. of Maryland) is bringing her dynamic lacrosse program INDOORS for all high school girls in the state of Maine. Train with Lauren and the MPL Girls coaching staff each Sunday for 1.25hrs. The session will involve a series of drills and concepts to help you play better as an individual and increase your knowledge of team play. Progress into full field scrimmages every week, implementing the lessons of the day. Keep those skills sharp and gain an edge for the upcoming season!
