If a player requests a refund and at least half of the games for that session remain, a credit for remaining games will be applied to the next session.  If more than half of the games for the registered session have elapsed, then we will be unable to issue a refund. The quality of our programs depends on full attendance and our ability to fill all available roster spots.  We appreciate your understanding and as much advance notice as possible when requesting a refund. Cash Refunds Are Not Available so please be sure you will be able to play prior to registering.
